This website belongs to J Edwards Glass Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12128030. Our registered office is 9 Pearson Road, Central Park, Telford TF2 9TX. We trade from Unit 35, Fordhouse Road Industrial Estate, Wolverhampton, WV10 9XD.

What we collect and why

When you telephone us, we use the details you give to answer you, to quote and to do the work.

Our email is provided by Microsoft, so any email we send or receive is handled by Microsoft.

The web server that delivers this website is hosted by Hetzner in Germany. For each request it records the IP address, the browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these records for security and to find faults, and we keep them for a limited period.

In short, we use your details because you have asked us for something, and we use the server records because we need to keep this website secure.

What we do not do

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it embeds no social media content. The Facebook and LinkedIn links are ordinary links: they take you to those sites, and nothing is shared with them unless you follow a link. Because there are no cookies, there is no cookie banner to accept.

How long we keep your details

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows. Afterwards we keep only what the law requires us to keep for business records.

Changes to this notice

If we change how this website handles personal details, we will change this notice to say so.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal details we hold about you. You can ask us to correct them, to delete them or to restrict how we use them, and you can object to our using them.
